For my Accounting Principle class, I was involved in a group project to create a presentation of an organization’s executive summary. This project was not meant to be orally presented. However, we were supposed to create it as if we were supposed to present it. We started with 3 members, but half way through that process, one member dropped-out. With that, we had more weight to carry compared to the other groups. I primarily worked on slides 9-22. I created most of the charts presented throughout the PowerPoint. Although we didn’t have to present this PowerPoint, it was a lot of work to make it presentable. It involved in-depth research on ExxonMobil and for the oil industry. We ending up with a great masterpiece regardless of one less helping hand. This project showed me how to analyze detailed information, as well as comprehend complex data.
